## Abstract

Compounds are provided according to Formula (I): Formula (I) and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, wherein R1, R2, R3, R6, R7, R8, and n are as defined herein. Compounds of the present invention are contemplated useful for the prevention and treatment of a variety of conditions.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A compound of Formula (III-A):
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein:
R1 is C1-6 alkyl; and
R2 and R3 are each independently substituted or unsubstituted methyl, substituted or unsubstituted ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, cyclopropyl, or butyl.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The compound of claim 1, wherein R1 is methyl, substituted C1-6 alkyl selected from the group consisting of —CHF2, —CF3, —CH2OCH3, and —CH2OCH2CH3, ethyl, or isopropyl.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The compound of claim 2, wherein R1 is methyl or ethyl.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The compound of claim 1, wherein the compound is
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1, or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

A method for modulating an NMDA receptor in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject in need thereof an effective amount of a compound of claim 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the subject has a CNS-related condition.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The method according to claim 6, wherein the CNS-related condition is an obsessive-compulsive disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, social phobia, cognitive disorder (including Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia), eating disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorders, pain, anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis, Huntington's disease, or Parkinson's disease.
