Abstract
The present invention provides a novel compound which is capable of improving light-emitting efficiency, stability and lifespan of an element, an organic electronic element using the same, and an electronic device thereof.
Claims7
A compound represented by Formula 4:
- wherein in Formula 4,
- (1) L is a C2˜C20 heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si, and P;
- (2) Ar1 and Ar2 are each independently selected from the group consisting of a fluorenyl group;
- a silane group;
- a C6˜C60 aryl group;
- a C2˜C20 alkenyl group;
- a C2˜C60 heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si, and P;
- a C1˜C50 alkyl group;
- and a fused cyclic group of a C6˜C60 aromatic ring and a C3˜C60 aliphatic ring;
- (3) X1 to X4 are each independently CR′ or N;
- and
- (4) R′ is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen;
- a C6˜C60 aryl group;
- a fluorenyl group;
- a C2˜C60 heterocyclic group containing at least one heteroatom of O, N, S, Si, and P;
- a C1˜C50 alkyl group;
- and a fused cyclic group of a C6˜C60 aromatic ring and a C3˜C60 aliphatic ring;
- and a C2˜C20 alkenyl group.
