Abstract
A display device can include a first subpixel and a second subpixel disposed on a substrate; a first electrode disposed in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel; a first light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, the first light emitting layer being configured to emit light of a first color; a second electrode disposed on the first light emitting layer; a second light emitting layer disposed on the second electrode, the second light emitting layer being configured to emit light of a second color; and a third electrode disposed on the second light emitting layer, in which the first light emitting layer and the second electrode are both included in the first subpixel, and the first light emitting layer and the second electrode are both absent from the second subpixel.
Claims21
A display device comprising:
- a first subpixel and a second subpixel disposed on a substrate;
- a first electrode disposed in each of the first subpixel and the second subpixel;
- a first light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, the first light emitting layer configured to emit light of a first color;
- a second electrode disposed on the first light emitting layer;
- a second light emitting layer disposed on the second electrode, the second light emitting layer configured to emit light of a second color;
- and
- a third electrode disposed on the second light emitting layer,
- wherein the first light emitting layer and the second electrode are both included in the first subpixel, and the first light emitting layer and the second electrode are both absent from the second subpixel.
A display device comprising:
- a first subpixel, a second subpixel and a third subpixel disposed on a substrate;
- a first electrode disposed in each of the first subpixel, the second subpixel and the third subpixel;
- a first light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, the first light emitting layer configured to emit light of a first color;
- a second electrode disposed on the first light emitting layer;
- a second light emitting layer disposed on the second electrode, the second light emitting layer configured to emit light of a second color;
- and
- a third electrode disposed on the second light emitting layer,
- wherein the first light emitting layer and the second electrode are both included in the first subpixel and the third subpixel, and the first light emitting layer and the second electrode are both absent from the second subpixel.
