Driving substrate

A driving substrate, comprising:

• a substrate;
• a plurality of active devices, separately arranged on the substrate, wherein each of the active devices comprises:
• a gate;
• a channel layer;
• a gate insulation layer, disposed between the gate and the channel layer;
• and
• a source and a drain, disposed on the same surface of the channel layer, wherein the source and the drain expose a portion of the channel layer to define a channel region;
• a thermal-conducting pattern layer, disposed on the substrate and comprising at least one thermal-conducting body and at least one thermal-conducting pattern connected to the thermal-conducting body, wherein the thermal-conducting pattern corresponds to a location of at least one of the channel region, the channel layer, the gate, the source, and the drain, wherein an orthogonal projection of the thermal-conducting body on the substrate is not overlapped with an orthogonal projection of each of the active devices on the substrate;
• and
• a buffer layer, disposed on the substrate, covering the thermal-conducting pattern layer, and located between the thermal-conducting pattern and each of the active devices.
