Patient sensor data exchange systems and methods

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium on which are stored software instructions executable by a processor to perform operations comprising:

• receiving a request for patient sensor data, the request comprising one or more parameters including at least one health status parameter;
• identifying, from among a plurality of sensors monitoring health conditions of a plurality of patients, at least one applicable sensor whose associated patient satisfies the at least one health status parameter of the request;
• and
• reconfiguring the at least one applicable sensor from a default sensor configuration to a different sensor configuration in accordance with the one or more parameters of the request to generate applicable patient sensor data responsive to the request.

A method using at least one processor and at least one non-transitory computer readable storage medium, the method comprising:

• receiving a request for patient sensor data, the request comprising one or more parameters including at least one health status parameter;
• identifying, from among a plurality of sensors monitoring health conditions of a plurality of patients, at least one applicable sensor whose associated patient satisfies the at least one health status parameter of the request;
• and
• reconfiguring the at least one applicable sensor from a default sensor configuration to a different sensor configuration in accordance with the one or more parameters of the request to generate applicable patient sensor data responsive to the request.
