System for enhanced display of information on a user device

A non-transitory computer-readable storage device storing program instructions that, when executed, cause an executing device to perform a method for enhancing dissemination of information of an object comprising:

• acquiring at least one of a first identification artifact associated with the object from a client device, wherein the client device has a display;
• converting a computer aided design sequenced instructional file of the object into a step-by-step interactive file of the object configured to provide an interactive display on the client device, wherein the converted instruction file includes at least one time stamp, at least one check point, and allows rotation of the interactive display of the object and selection of a part of the object through the client device display;
• transmitting to the client device a set of information, wherein the set of information constitutes the step-by-step interactive file of the object;
• tracking, by the client device, the progress of the user through the step-by-step interactive file;
• initiating, by the client device, a communication session with a representative associated with the executing device;
• transmitting, by the client device, a status data transmission including status information on the progress through the step-by-by step interactive file to the executing device enabling the representative to determine the progress through the step-by-step interactive file during the communication session.

A computer-implemented method, comprising:

• acquiring at least one of a first identification artifact related to an object from a remote device, wherein the remote device has a display;
• receiving, by a service provider, a set of information from a first external data source, wherein the set of information constitutes a computer aided design sequenced instructional file of the object;
• converting the computer aided design sequenced instructional file of the object into a step-by-step interactive file of the object configured to provide an interactive display on the remote device display, wherein the converted instruction file includes at least one time stamp, at least one check point, and allows rotation of the interactive display of the object and selection of a part of the object through the remote device display;
• the remote device configured to track the progress of the user through the step-by-step interactive file and to initiate a communication session with a representative associated with the service provider;
• transmitting, by the remote device, a data transmission including status information on the progress through the step-by-by step interactive file to the service provider enabling the representative to determine the progress through the step-by-step interactive file during the communication session;
• receiving, by the service provider, a response from a user though interaction with the step-by-step interactive file displayed on the remote device display;
• and transmitting, by the service provider, the user response to the first external data source.
