Abstract
Disclosed is a wearable device. The wearable device includes an optical signal transmission unit configured to transmit optical signals, an optical signal sensing unit configured to receive reflected optical signals, a data processing unit configured to process the reflected optical signals, and a coordinate generating unit configured to generate 3-dimensional coordinate from the processed data.
Claims20
A device comprising:
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory operably connectable to the at least one processor and having instructions stored thereon, wherein the instructions are executable by the at least one processor to:
- receive reflected signal data, wherein the reflected signal data represents at least signals reflected by blood vessels in a body part;
- generate blood vessel data based on the reflected signal data, wherein the blood vessel data represent information associated with 3 dimensional (3D) locations of the blood vessels in the body part;
- and
- generate 3D coordinates from the blood vessel data, wherein the 3D coordinates represent a location and/or an orientation of the body part.
A tangible, non-transitory computer-readable medium having processor instructions encoded thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, configures the one or more processors to perform a method of operating a device, the method comprising:
- receiving reflected signal data that represents at least signals reflected by blood vessels in a body part;
- generating blood vessel data based on the reflected signal data, wherein the blood vessel data represents information associated with 3 dimensional (3D) locations of the blood vessels in the body part;
- and
- generating 3D coordinates from the blood vessel data, wherein the 3D coordinates represent a location and/or an orientation of the body part.
