Container for mixing and dispensing components

A container, comprising:

• a body comprising:
• a longitudinal axis,
• a first end with a first aperture,
• a first portion adjacent the first end comprising a first inner wall,
• a second end including a second aperture opposite the first end,
• a second portion adjacent the second end comprising a second inner wall, and
• a bypass disposed between the first and second portions;
• wherein the bypass has a length L;
• a first plug slidably disposed in the body proximate the first end;
• a second plug slidably disposed in the body between the first plug and the second end;
• wherein the first and second plugs define a first compartment disposed in the body between them;
• wherein a second compartment is disposed in the body between the second plug and the second end;
• wherein the second plug comprises;
• a top surface facing the first plug;
• a bottom surface facing the second end, wherein the bottom surface does not define a plane that is oriented substantially orthogonal to the longitudinal axis;
• a side wall extending between the top surface and the bottom surface, the side wall comprising a circumferential first seal having a first edge proximate the top surface and a circumferential second seal having a second edge proximate the bottom surface, the first and second seals each being capable of sealing against the first inner wall when the second plug is disposed in the first portion and against the second inner wall when the second plug is disposed in the second portion;
• a plurality of primary conduits, each primary conduit extending from separate first openings in the side wall to separate second openings in the bottom surface;
• wherein the first openings are disposed between the circumferential first seal and the circumferential second seal;
• wherein a distance D extends longitudinally from the first edge to the second edge;
• wherein a distance E extends longitudinally from the first edge to the first opening;
• wherein D is greater than or equal to L and E is less than L.
