Abstract
Modulators of the adenosine A3 receptors of formula (I): and process for preparing said compounds. Other aspects of the present invention are pharmaceutical compositions comprising an effective amount of said compounds and the use of said compounds in the preparation of a medicament for treating pathological conditions or diseases that can be improved by modulation of adenosine A3 receptors.

- R1 represents a phenyl group or a five or six-membered heteroaryl group with one, two or three heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of O, S and N, which group is optionally substituted by 1, 2 or 3 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen atom, C1-C6 haloalkyl linear or branched, C1-C6 alkyl linear or branched, C1-C6 alkoxy linear or branched and cyano group,
- or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
