- (i) a CT823 antigen comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 140, an antigen with at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 140, or an immunogenic fragment of SEQ ID NO:
- 140 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 142;
- (ii) a CT733 antigen comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 2, an antigen with at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 2, or an immunogenic fragment of SEQ ID NO:
- 2 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 64;
- (iii) a CT043 antigen comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 32, an antigen with at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:
- 32, or an immunogenic fragment of SEQ ID NO:
- 32 that comprises the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 100;
- and
- (iv) a CT456 antigen comprising the sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 36, an antigen with at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:
