Abstract
A semiconductor apparatus may include a logic circuit and a power gating circuit including a gating transistor configured to apply a first supply voltage to the logic circuit based on an operation mode of the semiconductor apparatus. The semiconductor apparatus may be configured to monitor a characteristic of the logic circuit and adjust aback bias voltage to the gating transistor based on the characteristic of the logic circuit.

A semiconductor apparatus comprising:
- a logic circuit;
- a power gating circuit comprising a first gating transistor configured to apply a first supply voltage to the logic circuit based on an operation mode of the semiconductor apparatus;
- and
- a power gating control circuit configured to adjust levels of a first back bias voltage to the first gating transistor based on at least one of process variation and temperature variation.

A semiconductor apparatus comprising:
- a logic circuit;
- a power gating circuit comprising a first gating transistor configured to apply a first supply voltage to the logic circuit based on an operation mode of the semiconductor apparatus;
- and
- a characteristic monitoring circuit configured to generate characteristic information, used to adjust levels of a first back bias voltage received by the first gating transistor, by monitoring at least one of process variation and temperature variation of the logic circuit.
