Display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A display apparatus, comprising:

• a substrate;
• a display part arranged on the substrate and including a plurality of display elements;
• and
• an encapsulator covering the display part,
• wherein the encapsulator includes a first inorganic film, an organic film, and a second inorganic film in a sandwich structure in which the organic film is interposed between the first and second inorganic films,
• wherein the organic film directly contacts each of the first inorganic film and the second inorganic film,
• wherein the organic film includes an organic matrix, and an ultraviolet light absorbent dispersed in the organic matrix,
• wherein the ultraviolet light absorbent includes a functional group,
• wherein the organic matrix includes at least one selected from an acrylic resin, a methacrylic resin, an isoprene resin, a vinyl resin, an epoxy resin, a urethane resin, a cellulose resin, a perylene resin, and an imide resin,
• wherein the functional group is coupled with the organic matrix and the ultraviolet light absorbent,
• wherein the ultraviolet light absorbent includes one or more selected from a benzophenone compound, a benzotriazole compound, a benzoate compound, a cyanoacrylate compound, a triazine compound, an oxanilide compound, and a salicylate compound.
