A system comprising a computer processor, a computer-readable hardware storage medium, and program code embodied with the computer-readable hardware storage medium for execution by the computer processor to implement a method comprising:
- acquiring property data associated with a property area from a data source;
- extracting a first property attribute data and a second property attribute data from the property data;
- determining presence or movement of a first pollutant data within the property area based on the first property attribute data and the second property attribute data;
- displaying, on an electronic device, a graphical user interface (GUI) comprising an adaptive questionnaire including at least one question relating to a health symptom experienced by a user, at least one question relating to the property area, at least one question relating to a user behavior of the user that is specific to the property area, and at least one question relating to a sensitivity of the user to exposure of at least one trigger;
- receiving user responses to the adaptive questionnaire;
- determining a first health sensitivity data of the user based on the user responses;
- identifying structures and systems at the property area based on the user responses and the property data, wherein the structures and systems at the property area provide micro-environments for the accumulation of the first pollutant data and provide pathways for the first pollutant data;
- determining a first potential impact data of the first pollutant data on an individual health of the user based on the first property attribute data, the second property attribute data, the first health sensitivity data, the structures and systems at the property area, and a machine learning algorithm trained to identify correlations between the structures and systems and thresholds indicative of susceptibility of the user to the at least one trigger;
- computing a personalized property match score representing a compatibility of the property area with the individual health of the user based on the first potential impact data, wherein the personalized property match score predicts one or more potential impacts of the property area on the individual health of the user and is indicative of whether the property area is suitable for occupancy by the user;
- determining one or more recommended actions for the user to perform to reduce the one or more potential impacts of the property area predicted on the individual health of the user and improve the compatibility of the property area with the individual health of the user;
- sending electronically to the user a report comprising the personalized property match score computed and the one or more recommended actions;
- detecting one or more real time changes in an environmental context of the property area utilizing one or more sensors, wherein the one or more real time changes detected impact the presence or movement of the first pollutant data within the property area and in turn, negatively impacts the individual health of the user;
- and
- in response to the one or more real time changes detected:
- automatically generating one or more notifications containing one or more additional recommended actions to reduce negative impact of the one or more real time changes detected on the individual health of the user;
- and
- transmitting the one or more notifications to the user over a computer network in real time, so that the user has immediate access to the one or more notifications via at least one electronic device connected to the computer network.
