Abstract
A pixel driving circuit includes a pixel unit including a blue sub-pixel connected to a data line to receive a data voltage, and a limit circuit connected between the data line and a reference voltage line configured to transfer a fixed DC voltage, the limit circuit being configured to limit the received data voltage when the received data voltage exceeds a voltage threshold.
Claims20
A pixel driving circuit, comprising:
- a pixel unit comprising a blue sub-pixel connected to a data line and configured to receive a data voltage;
- and
- a limit circuit connected between the data line and a reference voltage line configured to transfer a fixed DC voltage, wherein the limit circuit is configured to limit the received data voltage in response to the data voltage that was received exceeding a voltage threshold.
An array substrate, comprising:
- a plurality of data lines configured to transfer data voltages;
- a plurality of reference voltage lines configured to transfer a fixed DC voltage;
- and
- a plurality of pixel driving circuits arranged in an array, each of the pixel driving circuits comprising:
- a pixel unit comprising a blue sub-pixel connected to a corresponding one of the data lines and configured to receive a data voltage;
- and
- a limit circuit connected between the corresponding one of the data lines and a corresponding one of the reference voltage lines,
- wherein the limit circuit is configured to limit the data voltage that was received in response to the data voltage that was received exceeding a voltage threshold.
