Abstract
External inter-application input field constraints that specify a configured association relationship between an input field utilized during execution by a first application and multiple input fields utilized during execution by a second application are generated in advance. In response to user input entered into the input field of the executing first application and based on the external inter-application input field constraints, context-aware input data to the multiple input fields of the concurrently-executing second application is provided during concurrent execution of the first application and the second application.
Claims11
A method, comprising:
- generating in advance, within a memory, external inter-application input field constraints that specify a configured one-to-multiple input field association relationship between one input field of a first field value type inputted in a first language and utilized during execution by a first application and multiple input fields that comprise different field value types in a second language utilized during execution by a second application, wherein the first language differs from the second language;
- and
- providing, during concurrent execution of the first application and the second application, and in response to user input of the first field value type entered into the one input field of the concurrently-executing first application inputted in the first language and based on the external inter-application input field constraints, context-aware input data of the respective different field value types contemporaneously to each of the multiple input fields of the concurrently-executing second application, in the second language.
