Abstract
Disclosed are techniques for classifying inquiries in real-time or nearly real-time. These techniques identify or generate a data model that receives and determine one or more classes for the inquiry in real-time or nearly real-time at least by applying a hierarchical set of rules in the data model to the inquiry. A hierarchical class data structure at least by storing and indexing the one or more classes based in part or in whole upon a hierarchical structure of the one or more classes in a non-transitory computer memory.
Claims20
A computer implemented method for real-time or nearly real-time classifying data, comprising:
- identifying or generating a data model;
- receiving an inquiry from a user computing or communication device;
- determining, at a data model generation module stored at least partially in memory and including or coupled with at least one micro-processor, one or more classes for the inquiry in real-time or in nearly real-time, the data model generation module including one or more word embedding modules configured to create software application code modules, wherein the software application code modules classify the inquiry at least by applying a hierarchical set of rules in the data model to the inquiry, wherein the hierarchical set of rules in the data model are partially based on decision logic blocks in the data model;
- generating or updating a hierarchical class data structure at least by storing and indexing the one or more classes based at least in part upon a hierarchical structure of the one or more classes in a non-transitory computer memory;
- and
- providing one or more recommendations for the inquiry based upon the one or more classes determined by the data model.
An article of manufacture comprising a non-transitory computer accessible storage medium having stored thereupon a sequence of instructions which, when executed by at least one processor or at least one processor core executing one or more threads, causes the at least one processor or the at least one processor core to perform a set of acts for real-time or nearly real-time classifying data, the set of acts comprising:
- identifying or generating a data model;
- receiving an inquiry from a user computing or communication device;
- determining, at a data model generation module stored at least partially in memory and including or coupled with at least one micro-processor, one or more classes for the inquiry in real-time or in nearly real-time, the data model generation module including one or more word embedding modules configured to create software application code modules, wherein the software application code modules classify the inquiry at least by applying a hierarchical set of rules in the data model to the inquiry, wherein the hierarchical set of rules in the data model are partially based on decision logic blocks in the data model;
- generating or updating a hierarchical class data structure at least by storing and indexing the one or more classes based at least in part upon a hierarchical structure of the one or more classes in a non-transitory computer memory;
- and
- providing one or more recommendations for the inquiry based upon the one or more classes determined by the data model.
A system for real-time classifying data, comprising:
- a plurality of modules, at least one of which is stored at least partially in memory and comprises at least one microprocessor including one or more processor cores executing one or more threads;
- a non-transitory computer accessible storage medium storing thereupon program code that includes a sequence of instructions that, when executed by the at least one micro-processor or processor core, causes the at least one micro-processor or processor core at least to:
- identify or generate a data model;
- receive an inquiry from a user computing or communication device;
- determine, at a data model generation module stored at least partially in memory and including or coupled with at least one micro-processor, one or more classes for the inquiry in real-time or in nearly real-time, the data model generation module including one or more word embedding modules configured to create software application code modules, wherein the software application code modules classify the inquiry at least by applying a hierarchical set of rules in the data model to the inquiry, wherein the hierarchical set of rules in the data model are partially based on decision logic blocks in the data model;
- generate or update a hierarchical class data structure at least by storing and indexing the one or more classes based at least in part upon a hierarchical structure of the one or more classes in a non-transitory computer memory;
- and
- provide one or more recommendations for the inquiry based upon the one or more classes determined by the data model.
