Abstract
A display device includes: a display panel; and a color conversion panel overlapping the display panel, wherein the color conversion panel includes a red color conversion layer and a green color conversion layer including a semiconductor nanocrystal, and a transmissive layer; a red color filter overlapping the red color conversion layer; a green color filter overlapping the green color conversion layer; and a blue color filter overlapping the transmissive layer and a light blocking member, and the light blocking member includes at least one of a blue dye and a blue pigment.
Claims19
A display device comprising:
- a display panel;
- and
- a color conversion panel overlapping the display panel,
- wherein the color conversion panel comprises:
- a red color conversion layer and a green color conversion layer comprising a semiconductor nanocrystal, and a transmissive layer;
- a red color filter overlapping the red color conversion layer;
- a green color filter overlapping the green color conversion layer;
- and
- a blue color filter overlapping the transmissive layer and a light blocking member,
- the light blocking member comprises at least one of a blue dye and a blue pigment, and
- plane areas of the red color conversion layer, the green color conversion layer, and the transmissive layer are different from one another.
A display device comprising:
- a display panel;
- and
- a color conversion panel overlapping the display panel,
- wherein the color conversion panel comprises:
- a red color conversion layer and a green color conversion layer comprising a semiconductor nanocrystal, and a transmissive layer;
- a red color filter overlapping the red color conversion layer;
- a green color filter overlapping the green color conversion layer;
- and
- a blue color filter overlapping the transmissive layer and a light blocking member,
- the light blocking member comprises at least one of a blue dye and a blue pigment, and
- plane areas of the red color filter, the green color filter, and the blue color filter are different from one another.
A display device comprising:
- a display panel;
- and
- a color conversion panel overlapping the display panel,
- wherein the color conversion panel comprises:
- a red color conversion layer and a green color conversion layer comprising a semiconductor nanocrystal, and a transmissive layer;
- a red color filter overlapping the red color conversion layer;
- a green color filter overlapping the green color conversion layer;
- and
- a blue color filter overlapping the transmissive layer and a light blocking member, and
- each plane area of the red color conversion layer and the green color conversion layer is larger than the plane area of the transmissive layer.
