Abstract
A lower-side spring receiving member is adapted to receive a compression spring provided with an effective part, end turn parts which do not elastically deform, and rising parts located between the effective part and the end turn parts, at a lower side of the compression spring. The lower-side spring receiving member is provided with a contact part which is formed to protrude outward from an end at one side in the extending direction thereof, and which is in contact with the rising part so as not to form a gap between the contact part and the rising part. The contact part is in contact with the rising part of the compression spring by an elastic force caused by elastic deformation, regardless of a load on the compression spring.
Claims5
A lower-side spring receiving member adapted to receive a compression spring at a lower side of the compression spring, the compression spring having an effective part, first and second end turn parts which do not elastically deform, and first and second rising parts located between the effective part and the first and second end turn parts, respectively, the lower-side spring receiving member comprising:
- a contact part that is formed to protrude outward from one end in an extending direction of the lower-side spring receiving member, and adapted to be in contact with the first rising part so as not to form a gap between the contact part and the first rising part, and the contact part is in contact with the first rising part by elastic force caused by elastic deformation of the compression spring, regardless of a load on the compression spring;
- a load receiving part adapted to receive a spring load of the compression spring, the load receiving part being formed on an opposite side of the contact part at the one end in the extending direction of the lower-side spring receiving member, and formed to protrude outward farther in a winding direction of the compression spring than a tip of the contact part when viewed in an axial direction of the compression spring, and to swell outward with a convex curvature;
- and
- a sloping part adapted to receive the first rising part, a width of the sloping part viewed in the winding direction of the compression spring gradually becoming greater as the sloping part becomes distant from the first end turn part connected to the first rising part.
