Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a method of simply and efficiently promoting expression of c-MPL on a surface of a mesenchymal cell. The present invention provides a method for producing a mesenchymal cell with promoted expression of a c-MPL receptor on the cell surface, comprising Step A of culturing the mesenchymal cell in a mesenchymal cell culturing basic medium comprising a c-MPL receptor active substance; and Step B of obtaining the mesenchymal cell with promoted expression of a c-MPL receptor on the cell surface.
Claims6
A method for producing a mesenchymal cell with promoted expression of a c-MPL receptor on a cell surface, comprising:
- Step A of culturing the mesenchymal cell in a culture medium for culturing a mesenchymal cell comprising a MPL proto-oncogene, thrombopoietin receptor (c-MPL) receptor active substance but not comprising LDL cholesterol, insulin, 2-β-mercaptoethanol, an iron ion and an iron transporter;
- and
- Step B of obtaining the mesenchymal cell with promoted expression of a c-MPL receptor on the cell surface,
- and wherein said mesenchymal cell is a preadipocyte.
A method for promoting expression of a c-MPL receptor on a surface of a mesenchymal cell, comprising Step A of culturing the mesenchymal cell in a culture medium for culturing a mesenchymal cell comprising a c-MPL receptor active substance but not comprising LDL cholesterol, insulin, 2-β-mercaptoethanol, an iron ion and an iron transporter
- and wherein said mesenchymal cell is a mesenchymal stem cell or a preadipocyte.
