Abstract
An insulating coating material including a polyimide film, and an adhesion layer on at least one side of a polyimide film. The polyimide film has a weight of 23.5 g or less per 1 m2 and a loop stiffness value of 0.45 g/cm or more.
Claims13
An insulating coating material, comprising:
- a polyimide film;
- and
- at least one adhesion layer on at least one side of the polyimide film,
- wherein the polyimide film has a weight of 23.5 g or less per 1 m2 and a loop stiffness value of 0.45 g/cm or more,
- wherein the polyimide film comprises a polymer of an acid dianhydride component and a diamine component, and
- wherein the acid dianhydride component comprises:
- a component (a) comprising from 80 mol % to 95 mol % 3,3′,4,4′-biphenyl-tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (BPDA), with respect to a total of the acid dianhydride component, and
- a component (b) comprising from 5 mol % to 20 mol % of 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenonetetracarboxylic acid dianhydride (BTDA), with respect to the total of the acid dianhydride component,
- wherein the diamine component comprises 90 mol % or more of p-phenylenediamine with respect to a total of the diamine component, and
- wherein the insulating coating material has an abrasion property of at least 4.0 times as determined by the British Standard Aerospace Series BS EN3475-503.
