Abstract
Compounds and compositions for treating injuries caused by exposure to chemical warfare agents are described herein.

A compound of Formula (I) or a salt thereof:
- wherein
- R1 is H;
- R2 is H or C1-C6 alkyl;
- L is C(O)NR6;
- R3 is nitrogen-containing heteroaryl substituted with R7;
- R6 is H;
- R7 is heteroaryl substituted with 1-3 R8;
- each R8 is independently cyclyl or heterocyclyl;
- wherein said cyclyl or heterocyclyl can be substituted at one or more positions with halogen, alkyl, aralkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, cycloalkyl, hydroxyl, amino, nitro, sulfhydryl, imino, amido, phosphate, phosphonate, phosphinate, carbonyl, carboxyl, silyl, ether, alkylthio, sulfonyl, ketone, aldehyde, ester, a heterocyclyl, an aromatic or heteroaromatic moiety, —CF3, or —CN;
- R9 is H;
- R11 is H;
- R12 is C1-C6 alkyl;
- m is 1;
- and
- n is 0.
