A pharmaceutical composition formulated for oral administration comprising a therapeutically effective amount of a Blautia strain comprising at least 90% genomic, 16S or CRISPR sequence identity to the nucleotide sequence of the Blautia Strain A (ATCC Deposit Number PTA-125346), wherein the pharmaceutical composition is enteric coated.
