Abstract
Disclosed is the use of O-(3-piperidino-2-hydroxy-1-propyl)-nicotinic amidoxime (BGP15), its tautomers, enantiomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof for the treatment of Familial Dysaustonomia.

A method of treating familial dysautonomia in a subject,
- the method comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of the compound of formula I
- or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
