Knee prosthesis

A knee prosthesis, comprising:

• a femoral component comprising a medial condyle and a lateral condyle;
• and
• a tibial component comprising an inferior surface, a medial bearing surface, a lateral bearing surface, and a post between medial and lateral bearing surfaces, wherein:
• the lateral bearing surface of the tibial component includes a concave surface that is continuously concave in an anterior-posterior direction from an anterior end of the tibial component to a posterior end of the tibial component;
• the post comprises a rotational offset in a superior-inferior aspect of the post;
• the medial bearing surface of the tibial component including a concave surface extending in the anterior-posterior direction, the medial bearing surface including a posterior portion having an upward slope that is steeper relative to an upward slope of a corresponding posterior portion of the lateral bearing surface;
• and
• a maximum total depth of the lateral bearing surface between a posterior end of the lateral bearing surface and a deepest point of the lateral bearing surface in a superior-inferior direction is less than a maximum total depth of the medial bearing surface between a posterior end of the medial bearing surface and a deepest point of the medial bearing surface in the superior-inferior direction so that a distance between the deepest point of the medial bearing surface and the inferior surface of the tibial component is less than a distance between the deepest point of the lateral bearing surface and the inferior surface of the tibial component.
