Abstract
An information processing device includes a retaining unit and an image display. The retaining unit retains image-formation-related information of an image forming apparatus that forms an image. The image display causes a display section of a portable terminal having the display section and an image capturing section to display an image for assisting with an operation of the image forming apparatus based on a captured image result of the image capturing section and the image-formation-related information retained in the retaining unit.
Claims8
An information processing device for providing assistance to a user to perform an operation on an object, the information processing device comprising:
- a storage that stores information related to the object;
- and
- a processor executing a program to cause a display of a portable terminal having the display and a camera to display an image for assisting with the operation of the object based on an identification detected in a captured image result of the camera and the stored information, the identification specifying the object.
A portable terminal for providing assistance to a user to perform an operation on an object, the portable terminal comprising:
- a processor executing a program to communicate with a control device, which has a storage that stores information related to the object;
- a display;
- and
- a camera,
- wherein the display displays an image for assisting with an operation of the object based on an identification detected in a captured image result of the camera and the information stored in the storage, the identification specifying the object.
A control device for providing assistance to a user to perform an operation on an object, the control device comprising:
- a processor executing a program to communicate with a portable terminal having a camera and a display;
- and
- a storage that stores information of the object;
- wherein the processor further executes the program to receive a captured image result of the camera and transmits information for assisting with an operation of the object, the information being generated based on an identification detected in the captured image result and the information stored in the storage, the identification specifying the object.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing a program causing a computer to execute a process for providing assistance to a user to perform an operation on an object, the process comprising:
- storing information of the object;
- and
- causing a display of a portable terminal having the display and a camera to display an image for assisting with an operation of the object based on an identification detected in a captured image result of the camera and the stored information, the identification specifying the object.
