Abstract
An electronic device is provided, which includes a substrate, a protruding pattern, a first conductive pattern, an insulating layer, and a second conductive pattern. The protruding pattern is disposed on the substrate. The first conductive pattern is disposed on the substrate and covers the protruding pattern. The insulating layer is disposed on the first conductive pattern. The insulating layer includes an opening overlapping at least a portion of the protruding pattern. The second conductive pattern is disposed on the insulating layer. The second conductive pattern is connected to the first conductive pattern through the opening.
Claims23
An electronic device comprising:
- a substrate divided into an active area and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area, the substrate comprising a surface;
- a protruding pattern disposed on the surface of the substrate to protrude upward and disposed on the peripheral area;
- a sensor disposed apart from the protruding pattern and disposed on the active area;
- a first conductive line disposed on the peripheral area, electrically connected to the sensor, and covering the protruding pattern such that the protruding pattern is disposed, in a direction normal to the surface of the substrate, between the first conductive line and the substrate;
- an insulating layer disposed on the first conductive line and in which an opening overlapping at least a portion of the protruding pattern is defined;
- and
- a second conductive line disposed on the peripheral area, disposed on the insulating layer, and electrically connected to the first conductive line through the opening on the protruding pattern.
An electronic device comprising:
- a substrate divided into an active area and a peripheral area adjacent to the active area;
- an insulating pattern disposed on the peripheral area and protruding upward further than an area adjacent thereto;
- a sensing electrode disposed on the active area;
- a conductive line connected to the sensing electrode and covering the insulating pattern;
- an insulating layer disposed between the conductive line and the insulating pattern and in which an opening overlapping at least a portion of the insulating pattern is defined,
- wherein the conductive line comprises a recessed part defined along the opening.
