Abstract
The present invention was accomplished in order to provide a method for producing a sheet containing fine fibers, which enables production of a sheet containing fine fibers without producing wrinkles. The present invention provides a method for producing a sheet containing fine fibers comprising a coating step of coating a dispersion containing fine fibers having a fiber diameter of 1000 nm or smaller on a base material, and a drying step of drying the dispersion containing fine fibers coated on the base material to form a sheet containing fine fibers.
Claims12
A method for producing a sheet containing fine fibers, which comprises
- preparing a dispersion by treating a cellulose raw material with at least one compound selected from oxo acid, polyoxo acid, and salt thereof containing a phosphorus atom in the structure thereof and subjecting the resultant material to a fibrillation treatment to produce the dispersion containing cellulose fine fibers;
- adding to the dispersion containing the cellulose fine fibers a hydrophilic polymer;
- a coating step of coating the dispersion containing cellulose fine fibers having a fiber diameter of 1000 nm or smaller and the hydrophilic polymer on a base material;
- a drying step of drying the dispersion containing cellulose fine fibers coated on the base material to form a sheet containing cellulose fine fibers;
- and
- a step of separating the obtained sheet from the base material,
- wherein the hydrophilic polymer is polyethylene glycol, hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, casein, dextrin, starch, modified starch, polyvinyl alcohol, denatured polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl methyl ether, polyacrylate, polyacrylamide, acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer, or urethane type copolymer,
- wherein 5 to 100 mass parts of the hydrophilic polymer is added with respect to 100 mass parts of solid content of the cellulose fine fibers.
A method for producing a sheet containing fine fibers, which comprises
- preparing a suspension by treating a cellulose raw material with at least one compound selected from oxo acid, polyoxo acid, and salt thereof containing a phosphorus atom in the structure thereof and subjecting the resultant material to a fibrillation treatment to produce the suspension containing cellulose fine fibers;
- adding to the suspension containing the cellulose fine fibers a hydrophilic polymer;
- a coating step of coating the suspension on a base material;
- drying the suspension to form a sheet containing cellulose fine fibers, wherein the suspension contains cellulose fine fibers which is obtained by subjecting a fiber raw material to a chemical treatment and a fibrillation treatment and has an average fiber width of 2 to 100 nm, and the hydrophilic polymer;
- and
- a step of separating the obtained sheet from the base material,
- wherein the hydrophilic polymer is polyethylene glycol, hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxyethylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, casein, dextrin, starch, modified starch, polyvinyl alcohol, denatured polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene oxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl methyl ether, polyacrylate, polyacrylamide, acrylic acid alkyl ester copolymer, or urethane type copolymer,
- wherein 5 to 100 mass parts of the hydrophilic polymer is added with respect to 100 mass parts of solid content of the cellulose fine fibers.
