Slide rail assembly and driving mechanism thereof

A slide rail assembly, comprising:

• a first rail;
• a second rail movable relative to the first rail, the second rail comprising an engaging feature;
• and
• a driving mechanism comprising:
• a housing arranged on the first rail;
• a movable member movable relative to the housing;
• an actuating structure arranged on the movable member;
• and
• an elastic member configured to provide an elastic force to the movable member;
• wherein the actuating structure comprises a first part and a second part;
• wherein an outline of the second part is wider than an outline of the first part;
• wherein the first part is configured to engage with the engaging feature of the second rail, and the second part is configured to prevent the engaging feature of the second rail from being disengaged from the first part;
• wherein the first part is fixedly connected to the movable member, the second part is movably connected to the first part through an extension section extended into a space inside the first part, and the extension section has a limiting feature configured to abut against an inner wall of the first part to limit a moving range of the second part relative to the first part along a transverse direction of the first rail.

A driving mechanism, comprising:

• a housing comprising a longitudinal part;
• a movable member movable along the longitudinal part;
• an actuating structure arranged on the movable member, the actuating structure transversely extended relative to the longitudinal part and having a transverse length, the actuating structure comprising a first part and a second part;
• and
• an elastic member configured to provide an elastic force to the movable member;
• wherein the first part is fixedly connected to the movable member, the second part is movably connected to the first part through an extension section extended into a space inside the first part, and the extension section has a limiting feature configured to abut against an inner wall of the first part to limit a moving range of the second part relative to the first part along a transverse direction of the first rail.
