Electrolytic treater and method for treating water

An electrolytic treatment system, said system including a first electrolytic treatment unit comprising

• a casing,
• a baffle separating the casing into a first compartment and a second compartment,
• a first plate bundle comprising a plurality of parallel spaced-apart plates positioned in the first compartment,
• a second plate bundle comprising a plurality of parallel spaced-apart plates positioned in the second compartment,
• a cathode electrically connected to the plates of the first plate bundle,
• an anode electrically connected to the plates of the second plate bundle,
• an inlet to supply water to be treated to the first compartment and the second compartment,
• a first outlet to withdraw treated water from the first compartment, and
• a second outlet to withdraw treated water from the second compartment,
• an inlet manifold connected to an inlet nozzle,
• a first exhaust manifold connected to the first outlet,
• a second exhaust manifold connected to the second outlet, and
• a second electrolytic treatment unit connected to the inlet manifold, the first exhaust manifold, and the second exhaust manifold in parallel to the first electrolytic treatment unit,
• said second electrolytic treatment unit comprising
• a casing,
• a baffle separating the casing into a first compartment and a second compartment,
• a first plate bundle comprising a plurality of parallel spaced-apart plates positioned in the first compartment,
• a second plate bundle comprising a plurality of parallel spaced-apart plates positioned in the second compartment,
• a cathode electrically connected to the plates of the first plate bundle,
• an anode electrically connected to the plates of the second plate bundle,
• an inlet to supply water to be treated to the first compartment and the second compartment,
• a first outlet to withdraw treated water from the first compartment, and
• a second outlet to withdraw treated water from the second compartment.
