Abstract
The invention relates to a laminated decorative plate comprising a core made of a fiber or particle material, a resinous intermediate layer on at least one side of the core, a decorative layer not impregnated with resin and having a graphic image of the surface of the imitated material, and a transparent core layer, into which the relief-like reproduction of the surface structure of the imitated material is stamped. The intermediate layer is made of liquid glue, curable by pressure and/or heat, that is applied to the core.
Claims7
A semifinished laminated decorative plate consisting of a core made of a fiber or particle material, a resinous intermediate layer on at least one side of the core, a decorative layer not impregnated with resin and having a graphic image of the surface of an imitated material on the resinous intermediate layer;
- wherein the core consists of material selected from the group consisting of a high density fiber board material, a medium density fiber board material, and a particle board material;
- wherein the resinous intermediate layer comprises a liquid glue which is an uncured urea formaldehyde resin or melamine urea formaldehyde comprising resin and is curable by pressure and/or heat;
- wherein the resinous intermediate layer is between the core and the decorative layer;
- and wherein the decorative layer is an outer layer of printed paper adapted to receive a cover layer in a subsequent step.
A semifinished laminated decorative plate consisting of
- a core made of a fiber or particle material,
- a resinous intermediate layer on one side of the core,
- a decorative layer of printed paper not impregnated with resin and having a graphic image of the surface of an imitated material on the resinous intermediate layer, and
- a counteracting layer on the side of the core opposite to the decorative layer,
- wherein the core consists of material selected from the group consisting of a high density fiber board material, a medium density fiber board material, and a particle board material, and
- wherein the resinous intermediate layer comprises a liquid glue which is uncured and is curable by pressure and/or heat and wherein the resinous intermediate layer is between the core and the decorative layer.
