Abstract
A multi-profile chat system may receive a chat request comprising a user identifier and chat data. The system may process the chat data to determine a chat profile request, a request topic, and/or a request sentiment. The system may retrieve a user profile and/or a user chat record based on the user identifier. The system may determine a chat profile based on the chat profile request, the request topic, the request sentiment, the user profile, and/or the user chat record. The system may generate a chat response based on the chat request and the chat profile.
Claims20
A method of processing chat requests in a chat environment, comprising:
- updating, by the chat environment, a plurality of chat profiles based at least in part on a machine learning analysis of user chat data associated with a plurality of user identifiers;
- receiving, by the chat environment, a chat request;
- receiving, by the chat environment, historical user chat data associated with a user identifier corresponding to the chat request;
- receiving, by the chat environment, transaction account data associated with the user identifier;
- determining, by the chat environment, a chat profile from the plurality of chat profiles based at least in part on the historical user chat data and the transaction account data associated with the user identifier;
- and
- generating, by the chat environment, a chat response based at least in part on the chat request and the chat profile.
A multi-profile chat system comprising:
- a processor,
- a tangible, non-transitory memory configured to communicate with the processor,
- the tangible, non-transitory memory having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the processor, cause the processor to perform operations comprising:
- updating, by the processor, a plurality of chat profiles based at least in part on a machine learning analysis of user chat data associated with a plurality of user identifiers;
- receiving, by the processor, a chat request;
- receiving, by the processor, historical user chat data associated with a user identifier corresponding to the chat request;
- receiving, by the processor, transaction account data associated with the user identifier;
- determining, by the processor, a chat profile from the plurality of chat profiles based at least in part on the historical user chat data and the transaction account data associated with the user identifier;
- and
- generating, by the processor, a chat response based at least in part on the chat request and the chat profile.
An article of manufacture including a non-transitory, tangible computer readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by a computer based system, cause the computer based system to perform operations comprising:
- updating, by the computer based system, a plurality of chat profiles based at least in part on a machine learning analysis of user chat data associated with a plurality of user identifiers;
- receiving, by the computer based system, a chat request;
- receiving, by the computer based system, historical user chat data associated with a user identifier corresponding to the chat request;
- receiving, by the computer based system, transaction account data associated with the user identifier;
- determining, by the computer based system, a chat profile from the plurality of chat profiles based at least in part on the historical user chat data and the transaction account data associated with the user identifier;
- and
- generating, by the computer based system, a chat response based at least in part on the chat request and the chat profile.
