Abstract
A display device including a substrate including a light emission area and a non-light emission area, a pixel defining layer disposed in the non-light emission area, the pixel defining layer defining the light emission area, a first electrode disposed in the light emission area, a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer, in which the second electrode includes a first metal layer and a second metal layer disposed on the first metal layer, and the second metal layer has an aperture disposed at an edge portion of the light emission area.
Claims5
A display device, comprising:
- a substrate comprising a light emission area and a non-emission area surrounding the light emission area;
- a pixel defining layer disposed in the non-emission area, the pixel defining layer defining the light emission area;
- a first electrode disposed in the light emission area;
- a light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode;
- and
- a second electrode disposed on the light emitting layer,
- wherein:
- the second electrode comprises a first metal layer and a second metal layer disposed on the first metal layer;
- the second metal layer comprises an aperture disposed at an edge portion of the light emission area;
- and
- the aperture continuously surrounds each side of the light emission area.
