Abstract
A display device is provided. The display device includes a plurality of pixels. At least one of the pixels includes a semiconductor device having a light-emitting area, a first light conversion layer disposed on the semiconductor device and a first scattering layer disposed on the semiconductor device. The first scattering layer is disposed on the first light conversion layer.

A display device, comprising:
- a plurality of pixels, and at least one of the plurality of pixels comprising:
- a semiconductor device comprising a light-emitting area;
- a first light conversion layer disposed on the semiconductor device;
- and
- a first scattering layer comprising titanium (Ti) disposed on the semiconductor device,
- wherein the first scattering layer is disposed on the first light conversion layer,
- wherein an interface of the first scattering layer and the first light conversion layer has a first titanium concentration, and a first area of the first light conversion layer that is located out of the interface has a second titanium concentration, wherein the first titanium concentration is greater than the second titanium concentration.

- a plurality of pixels disposed on the substrate, and at least one of the plurality of pixels comprising:
- a semiconductor device comprising a light-emitting element;
- a first light conversion layer disposed on the semiconductor device;
- and
- a first scattering layer comprising titanium (Ti) disposed on the semiconductor device,
- wherein the first scattering layer is disposed on the first light conversion layer,
- wherein an interface of the first scattering layer and the first light conversion layer has a first titanium concentration, and a first area of the first light conversion layer that is located out of the interface has a second titanium concentration, wherein the first titanium concentration is greater than the second titanium concentration.
