Abstract
A display apparatus includes a first signal pad and a second signal pad on a substrate. The first signal pad receives a first voltage. The second signal pad receives a second voltage less than the first voltage. The at least one conductive pad is between the first signal pad and the second signal pad and receives an alternating current voltage.

A display apparatus, comprising:
- a substrate including a pad area;
- a first signal pad to receive a first voltage, in the pad area of the substrate;
- a second signal pad to receive a second voltage less than the first voltage, in the pad area of the substrate;
- and
- at least one conductive pad between the first signal pad and the second signal pad, the at least one conductive pad to receive an alternating current (AC) voltage in the pad area of the substrate, wherein
- the at least one conductive pad includes a first conductive pad adjacent to the first signal pad and a second conductive pad adjacent to the second signal pad, wherein:
- the first conductive pad receives a first AC voltage having a first voltage swing range, the first conductive pad being closer to the first signal pad than the second conductive pad, and
- the second conductive pad receives a second AC voltage having a second voltage swing range different from the first voltage swing range, the second conductive pad being closer to the second signal pad than the first conductive pad, and wherein
- the first voltage swing range of the first AC voltage and the second voltage swing range of the second AC voltage are sequentially reduced.

A display apparatus, comprising:
- a substrate including a pad area;
- a first signal pad to receive a first voltage and electrically connected to an integrated circuit;
- a second signal pad to receive a second voltage less than the first voltage and electrically connected to the integrated circuit;
- and
- at least one conductive pad between the first signal pad and the second signal pad, the at least one conductive pad to receive an alternating current (AC) voltage including a high AC voltage and a low AC voltage,
- wherein:
- the first and second signal pads are connectable to a flexible printed circuit board,
- the at least one conductive pad is not electrically connected to the flexible printed circuit board,
- a maximum voltage difference between the first signal pad and the at least one conductive pad is the difference between the high AC voltage and the low AC voltage, and
- a maximum voltage difference between the second signal pad and the at least one conductive pad is the difference between the high AC voltage and the low AC voltage.
