Abstract
A smear staining machine and a smearing control method and device thereof. The viscosity of the test sample is used for guiding the configuration of at least on smearing parameter. Since the viscosity of the test sample presents multiple influences of many effecting parameters, it is more suitable for presenting the characteristics of the test sample. Therefore, better smearing effect could be acquired by referring the viscosity of the test sample to get the smearing parameter.
Claims7
A smear staining machine, comprising:
- a sampling pipeline configured to draw a test sample;
- an injector configured to drive the sampling pipeline to draw or discharge the test sample;
- a smearing mechanism configured to drop the test sample on a slide and extending the test sample as a film according to a smearing parameter;
- a detector, configured on the sampling pipeline and configured to detect a viscosity characteristic of the test sample flowing through the pipeline under a preset condition, wherein the viscosity characteristic is a physical quantity influenced by the viscosity of the test sample when the test sample flows, and the physical quantity is a function of viscosity, wherein the detector comprises a pressure sensor and the viscosity characteristic is a pressure data detected by the pressure sensor;
- and
- a processor, electrically connected with the injector, the smearing mechanism and the detector respectively, wherein the processor is configured to control the injector to drive a drawing action or a discharging action of the sampling pipeline, receive the viscosity characteristic of the test sample from the detector, acquire the smearing parameter according to the viscosity characteristic of the test sample and control the smearing mechanism to smear according to the smearing parameter.
