Abstract
The present invention relates to agents capable of inhibiting the binding between Leptin and Neuropilin-1 (NRP1) and uses thereof in the therapeutic field.
Claims6
An isolated, a synthetic or a recombinant polypeptide capable of inhibiting the binding between leptin and NRP-1, wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:3 (ENLRDLLHVLAFSKSCHLPWASGLETL) or SEQ ID NO:4 (EGNKPVLFOGNTNPTDVYVAVFPK), and wherein the polypeptide is fused to at least one heterologous polypeptide.
