Abstract
A restraint arrangement for an inflatable slide may comprise a releasable restraint and a yoke coupled to the releasable restraint. The yoke may comprise a first strap and a second strap. A first dampener may be coupled to the first strap. A second dampener may be coupled to the second strap. The first dampener and the second dampener may deform in response to a tensile load.

A restraint arrangement for an inflatable slide, comprising:
- a releasable restraint;
- a yoke coupled to the releasable restraint, the yoke comprising a first strap and a second strap;
- a first dampener coupled between a first portion of the first strap and a second portion of the first strap;
- a second dampener coupled between a first portion of the second strap and a second portion of the second strap;
- and
- a third strap coupled between the first portion of the first strap and the second portion of the first strap.

- a first strap;
- a second strap;
- a first dampener coupled between a first portion of the first strap and a second portion of the first strap to the first strap, wherein the first portion of the first strap extends through a first opening in the first dampener and the second portion of the first strap extends through a second opening in the first dampener;
- a second dampener coupled between a first portion of the second strap and a second portion of the second strap.

A method of making an evacuation assembly, comprising:
- coupling a yoke to an evacuation slide, the yoke comprising,
- a first strap, and
- a second strap;
- coupling a first dampener between a first portion of the first strap and a second portion of the first strap to the first strap, wherein the first portion of the first strap extends through a first opening in the first dampener and the second portion of the first strap extends through a second opening in the first dampener to the first strap;
- and
- coupling a second dampener between a first portion of the second strap and a second portion of the second strap.
