Abstract
The invention provides compositions and methods for using PltA, PltB, CdtB, or a mutant thereof, in inducing or enhancing an immune response.
Claims3
A method of inducing an immune response directed against an antigen, the method comprising administering to a subject a composition comprising:
- a.) an antigen;
- and
- b.) an adjuvant comprising a mutant Pertussin-like toxin A (PltA) polypeptide and a mutant Cytolethal distending toxin B (CdtB) polypeptide.
