Abstract
Provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions comprising tumoricidal and/or antimicrobial components isolated from the supernatant of NK-92 cell medium and methods of using the compositions for killing cancer cells.
Claims18
A method for treating a tumor in a patient comprising administering an effective amount of the pharmaceutical composition to the patient so as to treat the tumor, wherein the pharmaceutical composition comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier and one or more isolated components from NK-92 cells, wherein the one or more components comprise exosomes and/or microvesicles and are tumoricidal.
