A quaternary ammonium compound of the formula:
- wherein R8 is methyl, ethyl, butyl, or benzyl, and X is a halide or alkosulfate,
- wherein R5 and R6 are independently selected from the group consisting of C3H7, C2H5, and CH3;
- and
- wherein R7 is selected from the group consisting of C3H7, C2H5, CH3 and H.
