Abstract
A metal nanowire according to an embodiment of the invention includes at least one bent portion. An angle (α) between an n-th wire portion and an (n+1)-th wire portion connected to the n-th wire portion through an n-th bent portion satisfies an inequation of 0°<α<180°.
Claims22
A metal nanowire, comprising:
- at least two wire portions including an nth wire portion and an (n+1)th wire portion,
- wherein the nth wire portion extends in a longitudinal direction and has a first diameter, and
- wherein the (n+1)th wire portion has a second diameter larger than the first diameter and includes a first growth part and a second growth part, the first growth part continuously growing from a distal end of the nth wire portion and having a polygonal columnar shape, the second growth part being grown along one face of the first growth part.
A metal nanowire, comprising:
- at least two wire portions including a first wire portion and a second wire portion,
- wherein the first wire portion extends in a longitudinal direction and has a first diameter, and
- wherein the second wire portion has a second diameter larger than the first diameter and includes a first growth part and a second growth part, the first growth part continuously growing from a distal end of the first wire portion and having a polygonal columnar shape, the second growth part being grown along one face of the first growth part.
A light-transmitting electrode, comprising:
- a conductor layer including a metal nanowire;
- and
- a light-transmitting electrode layer formed on the conductor layer,
- wherein the metal nanowire comprises at least two wire portions including:
- a first wire portion extending in a longitudinal direction and having a first diameter;
- and
- a second wire portion having a second diameter larger than the first diameter and including a first growth part and a second growth part, the first growth part continuously growing from a distal end of the first wire portion and having a polygonal columnar shape, the second growth part being grown along one face of the first growth part.

An organic light-emitting device, comprising:
- a light-transmitting substrate;
- a first electrode formed on the light-transmitting substrate;
- a second electrode disposed to face the first electrode;
- and
- an organic light-emitting layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode,
- wherein the first electrode is a light-transmitting electrode comprising:
- a conductor layer including a metal nanowire;
- and
- a light-transmitting electrode layer formed on the conductor layer,
- wherein the metal nanowire comprises at least two wire portions including:
- a first wire portion extending in a longitudinal direction and having a first diameter, and
- a second wire portion having a second diameter larger than the first diameter and including a first growth part and a second growth part, the first growth part continuously growing from a distal end of the first wire portion and having a polygonal columnar shape, the second growth part being grown along one face of the first growth part.
