Abstract
An object of the present invention to provide a resistor element which can be mounted at a higher density and can cope with a wide range of resistance values, the present invention provides a resistor element including a resistor which mainly contains metal fibers, electrodes which are formed at an end portion of the resistor, and an insulating layer which is in contact with the resistor and the electrodes.
Claims9
A resistor element including a resistor which mainly contains metal fibers, electrodes which are formed at an end portion of the resistor, and an insulating layer which is in contact with the resistor and the electrodes,
- wherein the resistor has a first region exhibiting plastic deformation and a second region exhibiting elastic deformation which appears in a region in which a compressive stress is higher than a compressive stress in the first region in a relationship between a compressive stress and a strain.
A resistor element including:
- a connection portion;
- first and second resistors which mainly contain metal fibers and are electrically connected to each other at the connection portion;
- an electrode which is electrically connected to at least one of the first resistor and the second resistor;
- and
- an insulating layer which prevents an electrical connection between the first resistor and the second resistor, and
- an application direction of voltage of the first resistor and an application direction of voltage of the second resistor are different from each other.
