Abstract
The present disclosure relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a non-naturally occurring fusion molecule and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carriers, formulated for oral delivery to a subject, and designed to provide for improved, effective therapies for treatment of, e.g., inflammatory diseases, autoimmune diseases, cancer, metabolic disorders, and growth deficiency disorders.
Claims21
A method for delivering an interleukin-10 to a subject having an inflammatory disease, the method comprising orally delivering to the subject a pharmaceutical composition comprising a delivery construct comprising (i) a polypeptide consisting of (a) at least 99% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 1, or (b) at least 99% sequence identity to a fragment thereof, wherein the fragment of the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 1 consists of the amino acid sequence set forth in any one of SEQ ID NOS:
- 3, 42, 52, 70, or 80, and wherein the polypeptide is coupled to (ii) an interleukin-10 consisting of at least 90% sequence identity to the amino acid sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 82 or a fragment thereof.
