Abstract
Electrodeposited copper foils having properties suitable for use as current collectors in lithium-ion secondary batteries are disclosed. The electrodeposited copper foils include a drum side and a deposited side. At least one of the deposited side or the drum side exhibits a void volume (Vv) value in the range of 0.17 to 1.17 μm3/μm2.

An electrodeposited copper foil comprising:
- a drum side and a deposited side opposing to the drum side, wherein at least one of the drum side and the deposited side exhibits a void volume (Vv) value in the range of 0.17 to 1.17 μm3/μm2.
