Abstract
Described herein are combination therapies for cancer (such as lymphoid malignancies) and immune diseases (such as autoimmune diseases and inflammatory diseases). The therapies comprise the combined use of inhibitors of BTK, mTOR kinase, and Bcl-2 or their signaling pathways, and immunomodulatory drugs. Also described are pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising these inhibitors.
Claims3
A pharmaceutical composition comprising
- a Bruton tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor, wherein the BTK inhibitor is Compound 3 as shown in Table 1, or an enantiomer, a diastereomer, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, or a prodrug thereof,
- a mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) kinase inhibitor, wherein the mTOR kinase inhibitor is everolimus or rapamycin, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and
- a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
