Method and system for implementing automatic transaction rebroadcasting for transient blockchains

A node among a plurality of nodes in a peer-to-peer blockchain network, the node comprising:

• at least one processor;
• and
• a non-transitory computer readable medium communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, the non-transitory computer readable medium having stored thereon computer software comprising a set of instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the node to:
• identify at least one of one or more transactions or one or more transaction slips in at least one block preceding an identified block in a blockchain;
• determine whether each of the identified at least one of the one or more transactions or the one or more transaction slips satisfies one or more criteria for rebroadcasting;
• and
• based on a determination that at least one transaction or at least one transaction slip among the identified at least one of the one or more transactions or the one or more transaction slips satisfies the one or more criteria for rebroadcasting, re-include the at least one transaction or the at least one transaction slip in a subsequent candidate block that is produced and offered to one or more other nodes among the plurality of nodes in the peer-to-peer blockchain network for validation and inclusion in the blockchain.

A system, comprising:

• a node among a plurality of nodes in a peer-to-peer blockchain network, the node comprising:
• at least one processor;
• and
• a non-transitory computer readable medium communicatively coupled to the at least one processor, the non-transitory computer readable medium having stored thereon computer software comprising a set of instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, causes the node to:
• identify at least one of one or more transactions or one or more transaction slips in at least one block preceding an identified block in a blockchain;
• determine whether each of the identified at least one of the one or more transactions or the one or more transaction slips satisfies one or more criteria for rebroadcasting;
• and
• based on a determination that at least one transaction or at least one transaction slip among the identified at least one of the one or more transactions or the one or more transaction slips satisfies the one or more criteria for rebroadcasting, re-include the at least one transaction or the at least one transaction slip in a subsequent candidate block that is produced and offered to one or more other nodes among the plurality of nodes in the peer-to-peer blockchain network for validation and inclusion in the blockchain.
