Resonator device, electronic apparatus, and vehicle

A resonator device comprising:

• a substantially rectangular integrated circuit including:
• first and second oscillation circuits respectively disposed proximate major sides of the integrated circuit;
• first and second terminals adjacent and electrically connected to the first oscillation circuit;
• and
• third and fourth terminals adjacent and electrically connected to the second oscillation circuit;
• a first resonator mounted on the integrated circuit so as to entirely overlap the first oscillation circuit in a plan view;
• a first bump upstandingly interconnecting one electrode of the first resonator and the first terminal of the integrated circuit;
• a second resonator mounted on the integrated circuit so as to entirely overlap the second oscillation circuit in the plan view;
• and
• a second bump upstandingly interconnecting one electrode of the second resonator and the third terminal of the integrated circuit,
• wherein the first oscillation circuit oscillates the first resonator, and
• the second oscillation circuit oscillates the second resonator,
• wherein the second terminal of the integrated circuit and another electrode of the first resonator are connected by a bonding wire;
• and
• the fourth terminal of the integrated circuit and another electrode of the second resonator are connected by a bonding wire.
