Abstract
An organic light emitting display device is disclosed, which comprises an anode electrode provided in a light emitting area on a substrate having a plurality of pixels, each pixel including a light emitting area and a transmissive area; an organic light emitting layer on the anode electrode; a cathode electrode on the organic light emitting layer; an auxiliary electrode connected with the cathode electrode; and a connection electrode connected with the anode electrode and provided in the transmissive area of the substrate.
Claims21
An organic light emitting display device comprising:
- a substrate having a plurality of pixels, each pixel including a transmissive area and a light emitting area provided with a plurality of sub pixels;
- an anode electrode in the light emitting area;
- an organic light emitting layer in the light emitting area;
- a cathode electrode in the light emitting area, the transmissive area, and an area between the transmissive areas;
- an auxiliary electrode connected with the cathode electrode;
- and
- a connection electrode connected with the anode electrode and formed to overlap an anode electrode of a corresponding one of sub pixels of an adjacent pixel so as to repair the anode electrode by connecting the connection electrode and the anode electrode of the corresponding one of sub pixels of the adjacent pixel, and
- wherein the connection electrode is provided in the transmissive area and made of a transparent conductive material.
