Abstract
A light-emitting device includes a carrier with a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; and a light-emitting unit disposed on the first surface and configured to emit a light toward but not passing through the first surface. When emitting the light, the light-emitting device has a first light intensity above the first surface, and a second light intensity under the second surface, a ratio of the first light intensity to the second light intensity is in a range of 2˜9.
Claims15
A lamp, comprising:
- a first carrier comprising a first portion and a second portion extended from the first portion;
- an electrode pad disposed on the first portion;
- a plurality of light-emitting units disposed on the second portion;
- a conductive line electrically connecting the electrode pad and at least one of the plurality of light-emitting units;
- a first reflective layer contacting the conductive line without covering the plurality of light-emitting units;
- an optic structure comprising a wavelength converting material, and contacting the plurality of light-emitting units without covering the first portion;
- and
- a cover covering the first portion and the second portion,
- wherein the first portion is wider than the second portion in a top view.
