System, apparatus, method, and graphical user interface for screening

A computer-implemented method of screening s-multiple patients for end organ damage due to infection, said method comprising:

• receiving patient data relating to each identified patient of the multiple patients in a computing system including a processor and memory coupled to the processor, wherein the memory stores programmable instructions executable by the processor;
• determining the presence of Systematic Inflammatory Response Syndrome in each patient;
• determining the presence or absence of a high probability of end organ damage due to infection in each patient;
• generating and displaying a graphical user interface, wherein each of said determining includes receiving, on the graphical user interface, one or more user selections presented on the graphical user interface and executing programmable instructions based on received user selections;
• and
• generating an acuity dashboard and displaying the acuity dashboard on the graphical user interface or on another graphical user interface, wherein the acuity dashboard presents a patient status for each of the patients including a screening status for Systematic Inflammatory Response Syndrome, sepsis, severe sepsis, or combinations thereof.
